Alpha OG, also known as "Alpha OG Kush" to some users, is an indica dominant hybrid (75% indica/25% sativa) strain that is an OG Kush phenotype created by breeders at the infamous Alpha Medic growers. This dank bud is a private reserve strain at the Alpha Medic San Diego Dispensary and took 2nd Place in the Los Angeles Cannabis Cup in 2014 for best hybrid strain. Alpha OG has thick, dense minty green popcorn-shaped nugs that are leafy with dark green and gold undertones. These nugs are covered in long, spindly orange hairs and a fine layer of crystal white trichomes. Alpha OG has an aroma of pungent floral and a delicate sweet flowery taste.
