Chronic is an indica dominant hybrid strain (80% indica/20% sativa) created through crossing the classic Northern Lights X Skunk X AK-47 strains. An icon in the medical marijuana world, Chronic packs a super heavy high that's filled with energizing and soothing effects that perfect balance one another out. You'll feel your mind lifted to new heights of happiness a few minutes after your final toke as you're filled with a sense of giddy euphoria that leaves no room for negative moods or racing thoughts. This is accompanied by a growing sense of creativity and sociability that lends itself well to conversations. A deeply relaxing body high accompanies this heady lift, keeping you feeling slightly couch-locked and pretty kicked back, totally pain-free from head to toe. Thanks to these effects, its high 20-22% average THC level and high 3-5% CBD level, Chronic is often chosen to treat chronic stress or anxiety, depression, chronic pain, inflammation and mood swings. This bud has a sweet and flowery honey flavor with touches of fresh strawberries upon exhale. The aroma is very similar, with a sweet strawberry berry overtone accented by fruity earth and honey-tinted flowers. Chronic buds have dense oversized grape-shaped minty green nugs with thin orange hairs and a coating of tiny, golden-amber crystal trichomes.
