Deadwood is an evenly balanced hybrid strain (50% indica/50% sativa) created through crossing the classic Bubba Kush X Sweet Pink Grapefruit strains. If you're looking for a sedative bud to help you kick back and get to sleep on a lazy afternoon or evening, Deadwood is totally the choice for you. The high comes on with a creeping effect and will suddenly take hold of both mind and body, leaving you feeling heavy, immovable and without a care in the world. You'll find that your eyes will suddenly droop as the happy sedation settles in, leaving you unfocused and free of any negative or racing thoughts. This heaviness will soon spread its warming tendrils throughout your entire body, dropping you off into a state of pure sedation and couchlock. In combination with its high 17-19% average THC level and 0-1% CBD level, these effects make Deadwood a great choice for treating those suffering from conditions such as insomnia, chronic stress or anxiety, glaucoma or eye pressure, depression and chronic pain. This bud has a sweet and fruity flavor with a sour citrusy grapefruit exhale that's accented by touches of earthy skunkiness, too. The aroma is skunky and earthy with a punch of spicy yet sour citrusy grapefruit and a hint of sweet fruits. Deadwood buds have dense and tight forest green nugs with lots of thin orange hairs and a coating of bright amber-tinted white crystal trichomes.
