Drunken Monkey is an indica dominant hybrid strain (70% indica/30% sativa) created through crossing the potent Bananimal X Frozen Margy strains. If you're looking for a high-powered indica with soothing physical effects, Drunken Monkey is totally made for you. This bud brings on the potent effects, allowing you to stretch out and relax before you finally get to sleep. You'll feel lifted and happy from the start as your mind is boosted, allowing you to kick back with a smile on your face and not a care in the world. A relaxing physical high comes next, creeping in slowly before suddenly taking hold and leaving you totally locked to the couch. A sleepy sense wraps everything up, gently settling into your entire being and helping you to stretch out and get napping. With these effects and its high 18-19% average THC level, Drunken Monkey is often chosen to treat a variety of conditions including chronic stress or anxi4ety, appetite loss, arthritis, chronic pain and fibromyalgia. This bud has a sweet and sugary fruity berry flavor with hints of fresh mint and spicy diesel. The aroma is very similar, although it does have notable hints of woody pine and spicy flowers as well. Drunken Monkey buds have small and dense grape-shaped forest green nugs with thin orange hairs and tiny, amber-tinted white crystal trichomes.
