Extreme, also known simply as “Extreme,” is an indica dominant hybrid (70% indica/30% sativa) strain crated through crossing the powerhouse Fire OG X Green Ribbon strains. Extreme OG gets its name from its insanely high THC level, which hits about 26-30% on average, and hard-hitting effects that smash into both mind and body with brute force. Extreme OG maintains the heady Green Crack effects of its Green Ribbon parent, with a rushing cerebral onset that leaves you alert and focused minutes after toking. As your mind becomes crystal clear, a creeping body high will sneak up on you, suddenly taking hold and pulling you down into deep relaxing sedation. A sharp pang of hunger comes next, although your feelings of lethargy and laziness won't really allow you to get up and grab anything to nosh on. Throughout this heavy body high, your mind will stay bright and alert. Thanks to these powerful effects, Extreme OG is said to be perfect for treating insomnia, depression, chronic pain, and headaches or migraines. It has a tangy smooth earthy lemon smell and flavor with hints of rich pine and pungency as the nugs are broken apart. Extreme OG buds have small tight forest green nugs with furry amber hairs and a coating of chunky crystal trichomes.
