Melon Bred, also known as “Melonbred” or “MelonBred,” is an indica dominant hybrid strain (70% indica/30% sativa) created through crossing the delicious Melon Gum X French Bread strains. A flavorful bud with a soothing, full-bodied high, Melon Bred is a great choice for any lover of classic indicas. Much like its name implies, Melon Bred has a sweet and fruity melon flavor accented by touches of sour citrusy oranges, spicy dank and a touch of doughy bread. The aroma is very similar, with a doughy bready overtone accented by pungent dank, spicy earthiness and a punch of sour citrusy orange that intensifies the more that you toke. The Melon Bred high will settle in a few minutes after your final exhale, slowly working its way into both mind and body at the same time. You'll find your mood boosted as your mind is filled with an expansive happiness that gently eases away any bad moods or racing thoughts. A deep sense of calm comes next, dropping your mind into oblivion and your body into the couch. As your physical form stretches out and relaxes, you'll find yourself smashed with a pretty hefty case of the munchies, leaving you totally ravenous and ready to eat anything in sight. Thanks to these effects and its high 22-28% average THC level, Melon Bred is often chosen to treat a variety of conditions including chronic stress or anxiety, appetite loss or anorexia, inflammation and insomnia.
