Palmdale Purple, also known as “Purple Palmdale” or “Palmdale Purp,” is an indica dominant hybrid strain (70% indica/30% sativa) created through crossing the potent Grape Ape X OG Kush strains. This celebrity child yields a high potency level, amazing flavor and perfect nighttime high, all packed into gorgeous little nuggets. Palmdale Purple buds have long and fluffy, oversized spade-shaped bright neon green nugs with deep purple undertones, thick furry orange hairs and a coating of tiny, purple-tinted white crystal trichomes. As you pull apart each sticky little purple nugget, you'll detect aromas of spicy grapes and red cherries accented by peppery tobacco and rich earthiness. The flavor is very similar, almost like a fruity tobacco being smoked in a pine forest. The Palmdale Purple high will settle in slowly, inching its way into both mind and body with warming waves of potency. You'll feel mentally lifted yet calm, filled with a happy sense that leaves you with no mental space for bad moods or racing thoughts. This calm will soon begin to permeate your entire body, locking you to the couch and leaving you super sedated and fully relaxed from head to toe. Combined with its high 22-23% average THC level, these effects make Palmdale Purple a great choice for treating conditions such as chronic stress, anorexia or appetite loss, insomnia, inflammation and depression.
