Platinum 45 is an indica dominant hybrid strain (70% indica/30% sativa) created as a descendant of the infamous OG Kush strain. A powerful indica that's a great choice for helping any patient get to sleep at night, Platinum 45 packs soothing effects that hit you immediately and last for hours on end. The high will hit you between the eyes as soon as you exhale, infusing you with a lifted sense of high-flying euphoria. As your mind soars further and further into the clouds, a deeply relaxing body high will begin to settle in, locking you to the couch and lulling you further and further into a sedative state. A sleepy sense rounds everything out, which will have you dozing before you know it. Combined with its super high 21-22% average THC level, these effects make Platinum 45 a great choice for treating a variety of conditions including chronic stress or anxiety, depression, insomnia, inflammation and chronic pain. This bud has a sweet and spicy herbal cheese flavor with a sour, lemony citrus exhale. The aroma is very similar, with an earthy spicy cheese overtone accented by pungent dank and sour, citrusy lemons. Platinum 45 buds have long, tapered teardrop-shaped forest green nugs with golden undertones, furry orange hairs and chunky white trichomes.
