Purple Caper is a rare slightly indica dominant hybrid strain (60% indica/40% sativa) created through crossing the potent (Granddaddy Purple X Sour D) X (White Widow X an unknown pure indica) strains. Best known for its super delicious flavor and gorgeous appearance, Purple Caper is a great bud for any hybrid lover on the hunt for a new bud to fall in love with. Purple Caper buds have spade-shaped forest green nugs with deep purple undertones, thin orange hairs and a sparkling coating of tiny purple-tinted white crystal trichomes. As you pull apart each sticky little nugget, aromas of fresh fruity berries and spicy yet sour citrus are released, intensifying as the nugs are burned away. The flavor is very similar, with a sweet berry taste accented by spicy grapes and sour tropical citrus. The Purple Caper high isn't quite as bright, with effects that will have you kicked back and relaxed rather than up and moving. The high starts with a creeping, tingly effect, slowly working its way from your spine and neck throughout your entire body with warming and soothing waves. You'll feel your mind lift into a heady euphoria as your body drops into a buzzy calm that has you feeling slightly sleepy but not fully sedated. Combined with its super high 15-21% average THC level, these effects make Purple Caper perfect for treating conditions such as chronic pain, depression, chronic stress, mood swings and Bipolar Disorder.
