Rug Burn is an indica dominant hybrid (80% indica/20% sativa) strain created through a cross of the insanely potent and popular Ghost OG X Rare Dankness #1 strains. This powerful celebrity child boasts a THC level of up to 25% and was named to the High Times' World's Strongest Strains List of 2014 as well as nabbing the 3rd Place Winner award for Best Hybrid at the 2012 High Times' Cannabis Cup. The Rug Burn high starts with a cerebral head rush that leaves you absolutely euphoric with a clear-headed uplifted feeling that numbs any mental pain and melts any anxiety that you may be experiencing. This head rush is eventually accompanied by a slowly creeping body high that suddenly takes a hold of you and leaves you completely stoned and hopelessly couch-locked and lethargic. These body effects are incredibly narcotic in nature and will leave even the most experienced users in a state of blissful drowsiness that eventually falls into deep sleep. Because of these powerful effects, Rug Burn is said to be the perfect strain for treating conditions such as chronic fatigue, mild to moderate cases of depression, insomnia, and chronic stress or anxiety. This bud has an aroma of sharp sour citrus with a hint of pungent diesel. The taste is very similar with a sharp citrus onset and a pungent sour diesel aftertaste that sits on the tongue. Rug Burn buds have small and compact super dense grape-shaped bright neon green buds with sparse thin orange hairs and a frosty layer of crystal white trichomes.
