Skunkbeard, also known as “SkunkBeard” or “Skunk Beard,” is an indica dominant hybrid strain (80% indica/20% sativa) created through crossing the potent Animal Cookies X Alien Rift #6 strains. The perfect bud for any classic indica lover, Skunkbeard brings on a potent high that will lift you up before setting you right back down into a deeply sedative state. It starts with a slow build, creeping into your mind a lifted sense that infuses it with an almost frenzied energy and creativity. This energy will slowly fade away, replaced by a heavy haziness that's unfocused and super zen. You'll feel tranquil and without a care in the world as your mind fades further and further away into oblivion. Eventually, a relaxing body high will take hold, ending with you feeling fully sedated in both mind and body before you finally drift away. Given these effects and its high 19-20% THC level and 0-2% CBD level, Skunkbeard is often chosen to treat conditions such as chronic stress or anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, chronic fatigue and headaches or migraines. This bud has a super sour citrusy lemon flavor with hints of sugary fruits. The aroma follows the same profile, although with a smack of pungent skunkiness, too. Skunkbeard buds have fat oversized conical dark olive green nugs with lots of thick amber hairs and a coating of tiny frosty white crystal trichomes.
