Somaui is a sativa dominant hybrid (80% sativa/20% indica) strain created through a cross of the insanely popular G13 Haze X Hawaiian Sativa strains. This bud is infamous for its insanenly delicious taste that is said to be like sipping a tropical drink on a beach during the heat of the summer. The aroma is of sweet tropical fruit with an earthy overtone that has a slightly spicy effect as the nugs are broken apart. Somaui buds have long narrow yet dense lumpy pepper-shaped forest green nugs with bright pink hairs and undertones and a frosty coating of light pink crystal chunky trichomes. The Somaui high has a creeping and long-lasting effect that is said to be very spiritual in nature. The high starts with a cerebral uplifted head rush that leaves you insanely clear-headed with a sense of focus and clarity. This is followed by an introspective state that leaves you philosophical with soaring thoughts and a slight tendency towards becoming spacey and distant. Because of these powerful sativa heavy effects and its THC level that typically falls between 16-20% on average, Somaui is said to be perfect for treating conditions such as mild to moderate cases of depression, chronic stress or anxiety, and ADD or ADHD.
